Mac told me yesterday that I sometimes forget that I am more than just a great fuck. He said I need reminding that I am so much more. So we spent a few hours just being Mac and Sarah. We spread ourselves out on the couch, lying all over each other and He told me secrets that made me laugh. (Like how He knows Italian girls like to have their breasts kissed and the first words He learnt to say in German.) There was no television and no phone. There were almost no distractions, apart from three kittens that wanted to be a part of the fun. It was lovely just being us. I don't think I can properly express how much I appreciated Him taking the time out to make sure I understood that I am such a very important part of His life.
As silly as this sounds, sometimes I do forget that I am.
