Yesterday Mac used such a bad 'get out of trouble' line that I just have to put it here. And the funniest thing about it is that He made it work.

"You sometimes think I am being uncaring. Sometimes I am, but not always." Mac said shrugging.
I smirked at Him. "How can I tell the difference?" I asked dryly.
"Kiss me a lot," He said while leaning in close to me, "and if I am being uncaring I will come around." He kissed me lightly on the lips.

I melted, completely and utterly melted, which of course was His intention all along.

I am hopeless when it comes to Him.
